FAQ and Policies
-
For our toddler classes (ages 3–5), a caregiver is required to stay and assist their child during the session. For older children (ages 6+), classes are designed for children to participate independently while being supervised by the instructor.
-
Cooking can be messy and fun! We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cooking activities.
-
Yes! Children will create their own recipes during the class and will take their creations home to enjoy.
-
Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 10 children in our 6+ age group and 8 children in our 3-5 age group, allowing each child plenty of support and hands-on participation.
-
That’s completely normal. Our classes are designed to be supportive and welcoming, helping children build confidence at their own pace.
-
All bookings must be made online prior to the class. Due to small class sizes, places are limited and bookings are essential.
-
Due to ingredient preparation and limited class sizes, bookings are non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to transfer your booking to another class where possible.
-
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While we do our best to accommodate where possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-
Photos may occasionally be taken during classes for website or social media use. If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please let us know prior to the class.
-
The Little Mixing Bowl reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
